Abstract
ABSTRACT Procedure for Issuing Tax Collection Letters in Improving Taxpayer Compliance at the Pratama Tigaraksa Tax Service Office By: Raihan Musthafa The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out: (1) the procedure for issuing a Tax Collection Letter at the Pratama Tigaraksa Tax Office, (2) the level of taxpayer compliance in completing the Tax Collection Letter at the Pratama Tigaraksa Tax Office. From the results of interviews and reports or documents related to billing activities, a tax bill is issued from the billing and service department employees. The data method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis. The data used in this paper are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the internship at the Pratama Tigaraksa Tax Office, it is known that: (1) the procedure for issuing a Tax Collection Letter at the Pratama Tigaraksa Tax Office is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 189/PMK.03/2007. (2) the level of compliance of taxpayers in completing Tax Collection Letters at the Pratama Tigaraksa Tax Office from 2019 to 2021 has always decreased and the number of Tax Collection Letters issued has always increased, this explains that there is still a lack of taxpayer compliance at the Tax Service Office. Dari diambil dari hasil wawancara dan laporan atau dokumen yang terkait dengan kegiatan penagihan dengan diterbitkan surat tagihan pajak dari para pegawai bagian penagihan dan pelayanan. Metode data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil magang di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tigaraksa diketahui bahwa: (1) prosedur penerbitan Surat Tagihan Pajak di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tigaraksa sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 189/PMK.03/2007. (2) tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam menyelesaikan Surat Tagihan Pajak di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tigaraksa dari tahun 2019 – 2021 selalu mengalami penurunan dan jumlah Surat Tagihan Pajak yang diterbitkan selalu mengalami peningkatan, ini menjelaskan bahwa masih kurangnya tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tigaraksa. | |||||||||
