Abstract

The construction of structures and infrastructure is intended to create an economy of economic growth. The scope of the construction to be carried out must be in accordance with what has been planned in accordance with the design and calculations. To ensure that it is necessary to test the structure of both the material and the structure test. A bridge is a structure that completes a road by connecting the two ends of a road separated by rivers, seas, highways, railways,etc. Sei Nilo bridge is located in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan regency, Riau. This bridge is already in the construction phase is completed and ready for operation, but to ensure the condition of the structural elements in the appropriate conditions required loading testing to determine the bridge response and condition assessment. Sei Nilo bridge will be tested using two loading tests, namely static and dynamic loading tests. In this study will use dynamic loading with vibration test method based on the guidelines of Pt T-05-2002-B. This study will also be conducted structural analysis using the help of SAP2000 program evaluation version. Based on guideline 024/BM/2011 the natural frequency of the bridge is not smaller than 125 / L or about 2.083 Hz. Based on the results obtained the actual natural frequency of 2.15 Hz and the theoretical natural frequency of 2.13677 Hz, with the conclusion that the actual natural frequency is greater than the value of the theoretical natural frequency and shows that the condition of the Sei Nilo bridge is still in good condition.

Additional Information: Pembangunan struktur maupun infrasruktur dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan ekonomi pertumbuhan perekonomian. Lingkup pembangunan yang ingin dilakukan harus sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan sesuai dengan desain dan perhitungannya. Untuk memastikan hal itu diperlukan pengujian struktur baik uji materialnya maupun strukturnya. Jembatan adalah struktur yang melengkapi jalan dengan menghubungkan kedua ujung jalan yang dipisahkan oleh sungai, laut, jalan raya, rel kereta api,dll. Jembatan Sei Nilo terletak di Pangkalan Kerinci, Kabupatan Pelalawan, Riau. Jembatan ini sudah dalam tahap konstruksinya selesai dan siap dioperasikan, namun untuk memastikan kondisi elemen struktural dalam kondisi yang sesuai diperlukan pengujian pembebanan untuk mengetahui respons jembatan dan penilaian kondisi. Jembatan Sei Nilo akan diuji menggunakan dua pengujian pembebanan yaitu pengujian pembebanan statis dan dinamis. Pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan pembebenan dinamis dengan metode uji getar berdasarkan Pedoman Pt T-05-2002-B. Penelitian ini juga akan dilakukan analisis struktur menggunakan bantuan program SAP2000 versi evaluasi. Berdasarkan pedoman 024/BM/2011 frekuensi alam jembatan tidak lebih kecil dari 125/L atau sekitar 2,083 Hz. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan frekuensi alami aktual sebesar 2,15 Hz dan frekuensi alami teoritis sebesar 2,13677 Hz, dengan kesimpulan bahwa frekuensi alami aktual lebih besar dibandingkan nilai frekuensi alami teoritis dan menunjukan bahwa kondisi jembatan Sei Nilo masih dalam keadaan baik.
