Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Blended Learning and Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) Learning Styles on Students' Speaking Skills in Learning English. The research method used is experimental research. The experimental design used is a factorial design, while this research design uses a non-equivalent control group pre-test design. This research was conducted at SMK Kartika X-1 Jakarta. The population referred to in this study were all students of class XI SMK Kartika X-1 Jakarta for the academic year 2021/2022 which were made into two classes (experimental and control) totaling 60 people each. The results of the study show that: 1) There are differences in English speaking skills between students who are taught using Blended Learning and Online Learning. 2) There is an interaction effect between Blended Learning and Online Learning models with Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) learning styles on students' English speaking skills. 3) There are differences in English speaking skills between students who are taught with Blended Learning and Online Learning for students who have visual learning styles. 4) There are differences in English speaking skills between students who are taught with Blended Learning and Online Learning for students who have an auditorial learning style. 5) There are differences in English speaking skills between students who are taught Blended Learning and Online Learning for students who have a kinesthetic learning style.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Blended Learning dan Gaya Belajar Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) Terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah desain faktorial (factorial design), sedangkan rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan non equivalent control group pre-test design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Kartika X-1 Jakarta. Populasi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Kartika X-1 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang dibuat dalam dua kelas (eksperimen dan kontrol) yang berjumlah masing-masing 60 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan Keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran Blended Learning dan Online Learning. 2) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran Blended Learning dan Online Learning dengan gaya belajar Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) terhadap keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris siswa. 3) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran Blended Learning dan Online Learning untuk siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar visual. 4) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran Blended Learning dan Online Learning untuk siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar auditorial. 5) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran Blended Learning dan Online Learning untuk siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar kinestetik. | |||||||||
