Response of the Growth and Yield of Mustard Pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis) to the Level of Nutrient Concentration of Tofu Liquid Waste and There Are Two Types of Mustard Pakcoy Varieties Using A Hydroponic Axis System. This study aims to determine the response of the growth and yield of mustard pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis) to the level of nutrient concentration of tofu liquid waste and there are two types of mustard pakcoy varieties using a hydroponic axis system. The research was conducted from February to April 2022 at the Integrated Agricultural System (SITANDU), Curug District, Serang City, Banten Province. The design used in this study was a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the level of concentration of nutrients to replace tofu liquid waste and the second factor is the type of variety. In this study, AB Mix Nutrition was used as a comparison. This study consisted of 12 treatment combinations with 3 replications in order to obtain 36 experimental units. The results showed that the treatment of different levels of tofu liquid waste concentration had a very significant effect on all parameters except stem diameter at plant age 7 DAP. While the treatment of varieties do not give any significant effect on all parameters. The interaction of the two factors significantly affected the parameters observed for plant height (21 DAP and 28 DAP), number of leaves (21 DAP), and leaf length (14 DAP, 21 DAP and 28 DAP).

Sawi pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sayur yang termasuk keluarga Brassicaceae. Produksi tanaman pakcoy masih kurang dikarenakan factor nutrisi yang digunakan serta luas lahan yang semakin menurun setiap tahun yang mengakibatkan tingkat efektif produktivitas tidak terlalu tinggi. Harga komoditi hasil pertanian yang dihasilkan dengan cara hidroponik relatif lebih tinggi dibanding dengan cara konvensional, ini karena ada nilai lebih dari hasil pertanian dengan cara hidroponik, namun hal ini juga sebanding dari biaya perawatan dan biaya produksi yang tinggi, salah satunya adalah biaya penggunaan nutrisi tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis) terhadap pemberian tingkat konsentrasi nutrisi limbah cair tahu dan ada dua jenis varietas sawi pakcoy secara hidroponik sistem sumbu. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan April 2022 bertempat di Sistem Pertanian Terpadu (SITANDU), Kecamatan Curug, Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor.Faktor pertama yaitu tingkat konsentrasi nutrisi pengganti limbah cair tahu dan faktor kedua jenis varietas. Pada penelitian ini Nutrisi AB Mix digunakan sebagai pembanding. Pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan sehingga diperoleh 36 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tingkat konsentrasi limbah cair tahu yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata pada semua parameter kecuali diameter batang pada umur tanaman 7 HST. Sedangkan untuk pembanding, larutan AB Mix memberikan hasil tertinggi pada semua parameter kecuali diameter batang umur 7 HST. Sedangkan pada perlakuan jenis varietas tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap semua parameter. Untuk interaksi kedua faktor berpengaruh nyata pada parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman (21 HST dan 28 HST), jumlah daun (21 HST), dan panjang daun (14 HST, 21 HST dan 28 HST).
