Abstract

ABSTRACT Current technological developments are an important role today in the business world. Innovations in technology such as Fintech coincide with the emergence of current payment instruments that are practical to make. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the actual use of paylater users in e-commerce shopee Indonesia. In this study, the use of the shopee paylater feature makes it easier for users to make payments using the paylater method. With the shopee paylater feature, many Indonesian people have used it because it is easy to make purchases and payments. Of course, this shopee paylater is under the supervision of the OJK (Financial Services Authority). so it's safe. This study used a quantitative approach, the type of data used was questionnaire data with 80 respondents. Data processing techniques use validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, using the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. From the results of research that has been done, the variable Perceived Ease of Use has an effect on Actual Use, the variable Perceived Usefulness has no effect on Actual Use, the Attitude Toward Using variable has no effect on Actual Use, and the Behavior Interest In Using variable has an effect on Actual Use. Additional Information: ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi saat ini merupakan peranan yang penting pada masa kini di dunia bisnis. Inovasi terhadap teknologi seperti Fintech bersamaan dengan munculnya alat pembayaran saat ini yang praktis untuk dilakukan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi Actual Use pengguna paylater pada e-commerce shopee Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini penggunaan fitur shopee paylater yang memudahkan para pengguna untuk melakukan pembayaran dengan cara paylater, dengan adanya fitur shopee paylater banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang telah menggunakannya karena mudah dalam melakukan pembelian maupun pembayarannya, tentu shopee paylater ini sudah dalam pengawasan OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) sehingga aman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis data yang digunakan menggunakan data kuesioner dengan responden yang berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, dengan menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan variabel Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh terhadap Actual Use, variabel Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh terhadap Actual Use, variabel Attitude Toward Using tidak berpengaruh terhadap Actual Use, dan variabel Behaviour Interst In Using berpengaruh terhadap Actual Use.
