Abstract
UMKM Ceplas Ceplis Marsha Cilegon city is an UMKM engaged in the processing of melinjo. At the UMKM Ceplas Ceplis Marsha, Cilegon city, there are several problems with the workers' posture due to the lack of work facilities where there are postures that tend to be > 900, squatting and lifting weights weighing 15 kg manually causing workers to experience MSDs complaints which are dominantly felt in the upper body. Besides that, problems with setting work layouts also result in a lot of wasted time and inefficient movements. This study aims to determine the risk categories of workers' posture using the NBM, RULA and NIOSH methods by analyzing 6 workers and 7 work stations in the melinjo processing and providing suggestions in the form of work facilities that can improve workers' posture. The results showed that of the 6 workers who obtained an average individual risk score using NBM of 72, they were included in the high injury category, in the RULA method, 3 stations with the highest RULA values of 7 for both sides of the body were in the drying, compounding and frying stations and entered the category high risk and requires immediate repair. While using the NIOSH method, the results of the RWL at the initial position were 7.31 and LI 2.05 and the RWL value at the final position of the lifting station was 7.67 and LI 1.96. This LI value indicates a risk category, which means that there are several lifting parameters that increase the risk of injury, so it is necessary to check efforts repair so that the RWL value <1.

| Additional Information: | UMKM Ceplas Ceplis Marsha kota Cilegon merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan melinjo. Pada UMKM Ceplas Ceplis Marsha kota Cilegon terdapat beberapa masalah dalam postur tubuh pekerja dikarenakan kurangnya fasilitas kerja dimana terdapat postur tubuh yang cenderung membungkuk >900, jongkok dan mengangkat beban seberat 15 kg secara manual mengakibatkan pekerja mengalami keluhan MSDs yang dominan terasa pada bagian atas tubuh. Selain itu masalah pada pengaturan layout kerja yang juga mengakibatkan banyak waktu terbuang dan gerakan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kategori risiko postur tubuh pekerja menggunakan metode NBM, RULA dan NIOSH dengan menganalisis 6 orang pekerja dan 7 stasiun kerja pada proses pengolahan melinjo dan memberikan usulan berupa fasilitas kerja yang dapat memperbaiki postur tubuh pekerja. Hasil menunjukan bahwa dari 6 pekerja memperoleh rata-rata skor individu menggunakan NBM sebesar 72 masuk dalam kategori risiko cedera tinggi, dalam metode RULA diperoleh 3 stasiun dengan nilai RULA tertinggi sebesar 7 untuk kedua sisi tubuh terdapat pada stasiun penjemuran, peracikan dan penggorengan dan masuk kategori risiko tinggi dan membutuhkan perbaikan segera. Sedangkan menggunakan metode NIOSH diperoleh hasil RWL pada posisi awal 7.31 dan LI 2.05 dan nilai RWL pada posisi akhir stasiun pengangkatan beban sebesar 7.67 dan LI 1.96 nilai LI ini menunjukan kategori risiko sedang yang berarti ada beberapa parameter angkat yang meningkatkan risiko cedera, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengecekan upayakan perbaikan sehingga nilai RWL <1 . | |||||||||
