The determination of the sample is based on cross-sectional data, namely 10 Indonesian provinces including DI Yogyakarta, Jambi, East Java, West Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, Papua, West Papua and Southeast Sulawesi with Time-series data for 2016-2020. The data for this study were obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS).
