Determination of the sample based on cross sectional data, namely 20 provinces in Indonesia. covering Jambi Province, Bangka Belitung Islands, Bengkulu, DI Yogyakarta, Southeast Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Gorontalo, Aceh, Riau Islands, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara, Nusa Tenggara East, West Sumatra, Lampung, West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, Bali, Papua, and West Papua with Time-series data for 2016-2020. The data for this research were obtained from the Regional Finance Agency (BPK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Panel data analysis method with fixed effects model used in this study is quantitative. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that the variables of GRDP, Primary Output, Secondary Output, and Tertiary Output have a significant effect on Regional Fiscal Independence. Meanwhile, investment has no significant effect on Regional Fiscal Independence. In addition, based on the simultaneous results (F-Test) it shows that GRDP, Investment, Primary Output, Secondary Output and Tertiary Output simultaneously affect Regional Fiscal Independence in 20 Provinces in Indonesia in 2016 - 2020.
