Abstract
Dhoni Muttaqien, NIM 070267, SKRIPSI, Kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dalam Penegakkan Peraturan Daerah di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak. Jurusan Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Kata kunci : Polisi Pamong Praja Penegak Peraturan Daerah. Polisi Pamong Praja membantu kepala daerah dalam menegakkan Peraturan Daerah. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana kinerja Polisi Pamong Praja dalam menegakkan Peraturan Daerah di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan mengambil lokasi di Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Lebak dan masyarakat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala Kantor Polisi Pamong Praja, Seksi Ketentraman dan Ketertiban, Seksi Penegakkan Peraturan Daerah, dan sampel dari masyarakat. Pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik insidental sampling. Sedangkan metode analisa data yang dipakai deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tugas pokok dari Polisi Pamong Praja adalah membantu Kepala Daerah dalam melakukan tugas Pemerintahan di bidang ketentraman dan ketertiban masyarakat serta penegakkan Peraturan Daerah. Dalam mewujudkan tugas dan pokok fungsinya Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Lebak menyusun langkah atau kegiatan yang tertuang dalam program kerja Polisi Pamong Praja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa dengan berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Peraturan Daerah ditindaklanjuti dengan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lebak Nomor 14 Tahun 2007 tentang Pembentukan, organisasi dan tata kerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Lebak, maka keberadaan Polisi Pamong Praja di Kabupaten Lebak sangatlah strategis karena merupakan unsur penunjang Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lebak di bidang ketentraman dan ketertiban serta Penegakkan Peraturan Daerah. Hasil penelitian disarankan agar Polisi Pamong Praja meningkatkan penegakkan Peraturan Daerah di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak.

Issues raised in this study is: How is the performance of the Civil Service Police in the enforcement of local regulation in Lebak District Rangkasbitung, this study used quantitative methods and took place at the Office of Civil Service Police Unit Lebak and community Sources of data in this study was the head of the Civil Service Police Office, Peace and Order Section, Regional Regulatory Enforcement Section, and samples of the community. Data collection is by questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentary study. This study uses incidental sampling technique. While the method of data analysis used descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the main duty of the police is to assist the Head of Civil Service Regional Government in performing tasks in the field of peace and public order and enforce local regulation. In realizing the basic tasks and functions Police Civil Service Lebak formulate steps or activities contained in the work program of the Civil Service Police. Based on the results of the study concluded that with the enactment of Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Regulations followed by the Regulations Lebak District No. 14 Year 2007 on the establishment, organization and functioning of the Civil Service Police Unit Lebak, then the existence of the Civil Service Police in Lebak is strategically as a support element Lebak District Government in the field of peace and order as well as Regional Regulatory Enforcement. The results suggested that the Civil Service Police increase enforcement of local regulation in the District Rangkasbitung Lebak. |
