Abstract

The growing presence of foreign workers in Indonesia has the potential to cause problems. In 2016, the arrest of 70 illegal foreigners from China who worked on the construction project of the Cement Factory of PT. Conch Cement Indonesia in PuloAmpel, Serang Regency. The presence of several projects The arrival of foreign workers, especially from China in Serang Regency, has the potential to create a variety of socioeconomic problems, such as reduced employment of local workers, conflicts between foreign workers and local communities, cultural clashes and social problems. In addition, the presence of foreign workers is also suspected through procedures that do not comply with immigration regulations and violate labour regulations.
