Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of applying Pancasila student profiles in strengthening religious character in schools. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Karangtanjung, Pandeglang Regency. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive study method with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. From the results of the research that the practice of applying the Pancasila student profile in strengthening religious character at SMP Negeri 1 Karangtanjung is in accordance with the key principles of strengthening projects and in practice its application contains religious values. Internal supporting factors, namely students who have a personality willing to move in realizing ideals. From external factors 1. The teacher as a facilitator who is ready to help students at any time, 2. Supporting facilities, 3. The media used is very diverse and up to date, 4. working with parents, committees, education boards and other agencies. The inhibiting factors for the practice of applying Pancasila student profiles at SMP Negeri 1 Karangtanjung are the inhibiting factors for the practice of implementing Pancasila student profiles for internal projects. Students are still not optimal in using gadgets or information technology while at school. From an external perspective, the obstacles are that some parents do not support a number of projects and the association of students outside the school environment.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam penguatan karakter religius di Sekolah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Karangtanjung Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa diketahui praktik penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam penguatan karakter religius di SMP Negeri 1 Karangtanjung sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip kunci projek penguatan dan dalam praktik penerapannya memuat niali-nilai religius. Faktor pendukung dari internal yaitu peserta didik yang memiliki kepribadian mau bergerak dalam mewujudkan cita-cita. Dari faktor eksternal 1. Guru sebagai fasilitator yang siap sedia membantu peserta didik kapanpun, 2. Fasilitas yang mendukung, 3. Media yang digunakan sangat beragam dan terkini, 4. bekerja sama dengan orangtua, komite, dewan pendidikan dan instansi yang lain. Faktor penghambat praktik penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 1 Karangtanjung yaitu faktor penghambat dari praktik penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila dari Internal Peserta didik masih belum maksimal dalam pemanfaatan gadget atau teknologi informasi saat di sekolah. Dari segi eksternal penghambatnya masih sebagian wali murid kurang mendukung beberapa projek dan pergaulan peserta didik di luar lingkungan sekolah.
