The Effect of Liquidity on Firm Value With Profitability as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of the Real Estate and Property Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2020 Period). Thesis. Master of Management Study Program. Postgraduate. Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. 2022. This study aims to examine and determine the effect of liquidity on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in the real estate and property sub-sectors listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2020 period. Liquidity proxies include the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. The proxy for company value is price to book value. Meanwhile, profitability proxies include return on assets, return on equity and net profit margin. The total sample is 39 companies. This study uses Partial Least Square analysis with Smart PLS 3 software. The results show that liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value. Liquidity has a significant negative effect on profitability. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, profitability can mediate the effect of liquidity on firm value. Keywords : Liquidity, Firm Value, Profitability, Intervening

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada sub sektor real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015 -2020. Proxy likuiditas meliputi current ratio, quick ratio, dan cash ratio. Proxy nilai perusahaan yaitu price to book value. Sedangkan proxy profitabilitas meliputi return on asset, return on equity dan net profit margin. Total sampel sebanyak 39 Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan profitabilitas dapat memediasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
