Abstract
ABSTRACT IMPROVING STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES THROUGH A COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL TYPE OF TAKE AND GIVE ON ECOSYSTEMS ASTRI ALIFIANI 222711674 Some of the problems contained on learning SDN Cilegon Cibeber 3 is likely to use expository teaching model, lack of learning materials that is received by the students so as to make students lazy to look for other additional material on the sources of the book or the internet. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data on learning outcomes at the ecosystem themes fifth grade students of State Elementary School of Cibeber 3, Cibeber District, Cilegon City using cooperative learning model type Take and Give. With research subjects are students of fifth grade, which amounted to 37 students in the second semester 2014-2015. Results of this study was obtained from each cycle as follows: in the first cycle the percentage of student activity reached 60%, while in the second cycle has reached 93.3%. The activities of teachers in the first cycle of 60%, while in the second cycle has reached 100%. Furthermore, the results of students in the first cycle there are 21 students with a percentage of 56.7% shows there are still 16 students who have not reached the KKM. In the second cycle to be improved and increased very well, reaching 92% of students achieve mastery with an average value of 75. From these results it can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning model type Take and Give can improve learning outcomes and student activities on the theme of ecosystems. | Additional Information: | ABSTRAK UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TAKE AND GIVE PADA TEMA EKOSISTEM ASTRI ALIFIANI 2227111674 Beberapa permasalahan yang terdapat pada pembelajaran di SDN Cibeber 3 Cilegon yaitu cenderung menggunakan model pembelajaran ekspositori, kurangnya materi pelajaran yang diterima oleh siswa sehingga membuat siswa malas mencari materi tambahan lain pada sumber-sumber buku atau internet. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang hasil belajar tema ekosistem pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cibeber 3, Kecamatan Cibeber, Kota Cilegon menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Take and Give. Dengan subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 37 orang siswa pada semester II tahun 2014-2015. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari tiap siklus sebagai berikut: pada siklus I presentase aktivitas siswa mencapai 60% sedangkan pada siklus II sudah mencapai 93,3%. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I 60% sedangkan pada siklus II sudah mencapai 100%. Selanjutnya, hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I terdapat 21 siswa dengan presentase 56,7% menunjukkan masih ada 16 orang siswa yang belum mencapai KKM. Pada siklus II dilakukan perbaikan dan mengalami peningkatan sangat baik yaitu mencapai 92% siswa mencapai ketuntasan dengan nilai rata-rata 75. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Take and Give bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa pada tema ekosistem.
