Abstract
Dian Ayu Lestari, 2221190045, 2022. ” Pelatihan Ecoprint Dalam Upaya Membangun Sikap Berwirausaha Perempuan Melalui Galeri 37 Kota Tangerang Selatan.” Pembimbing I Prof. Sudadio, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Ahmad Fauzi, M.Pd. Pelatihan secara merupakan keseluruhan aktivitas yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan potensi atau kinerja peserta dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, dan pelatihan menjadi bagian dari pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Pelatihan menjadi salah satu media pendidikan nonformal yang dapat digunakan sebagai upaya untuk mendukung terpenuhinya pengetahuan dalam menghadapi setiap perubahan yang terjadi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses pelatihan ecoprint di Galeri 37 Kota Tangerang Selatan (2) hasil pelatihan ecoprint di Galeri 37 Kota Tangerang Selatan (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelatihan ecoprint di Galeri 37 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 orang, yaitu 1 Kepala LKP sekaligus instruktur, 2 instruktur pelatihan dan 10 peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan ecoprint dalam membangun sikap berwirausaha berjalan dengan baik dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi (2) hasil pelatihan peserta pelatihan yaitu membangun sikap berwirausaha peserta pelatihan yang di lihat dari enam aspek yaitu percaya diri, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, pengambilan resiko dan suka tantangan, kepemimpinan, keorisinilan, berorientasi ke masa depan. (3) Faktor pendukung dalam pelatihan ini adalah sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, motivasi peserta pelatihan dan dukungan dari pemerintah. Sedangkat faktor penghambat pelatihan ini adalah pendanaan dan rendahnya antusias masyarakat sekitar Galeri 37 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Ecoprint, Sikap Berwirausaha

Training is an entire activity designed to increase the potential or performance of participants in carrying out work, and training is part of human resource development. Training is one of the nonformal educational media that can be used as an effort to support the fulfillment of knowledge in dealing with any changes that occur. This training aims to determine (1) the process of ecoprint training at Gallery 37 South Tangerang City (2) the results of the ecoprint training at Gallery 37 South Tangerang City (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors for ecoprint training at Gallery 37 South Tangerang City. The method used by the authors in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data source for this research consisted of 13 people, namely 1 a Head of LKP who was also an instructor, 2 training instructors and 10 training participants. The results of this training show that (1) the ecoprint training in building entrepreneurial attitudes has been going well from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages (2) the results of the training participants' training were building the entrepreneurial attitudes of the training participants which were seen from six aspects, namely self-confidence, orientation towards tasks and results, risk taking and likes challenges, leadership, originality, future oriented. (3) Supporting factors in this training are adequate facilities and infrastructure, training participants' motivation and support from the government. While the inhibiting factors for this training were funding and the low enthusiasm of the community around Galeri 37 Kota Tangerang Selatan.
