Abstract

There is an alleged mental workload on work stress in lecturers of the Department of Industrial Engineering Untirta because there are similar conditions that occur when online learning is carried out, with the connection between mental workload and work stress we can find out the factors that can affect lecturer performance when online learning and evaluate it. This research method uses the NASA-TLX method to measure and analyze the mental workload of lecturers. ISMA method to determine the work stress experienced by lecturers based on their level. Based on the calculation results, mental workload as much as 52% is in the moderate category. Work stress with a weight category of as much as 60%. The most dominant factor affecting mental workload is the OP (Own Performance) indicator. The nature or characteristics of bad behavior, and unhealthy behavior are the most dominant factors influencing work stress. The calculated t value (47,402) > t table (2,069) with a significant level of 0.000, this means 0.000 <0.05. Mental workload significantly affects lecturer work stress. NURAIDA WAHYUNI, S.T., M.T.
