Abstract
The 112 Emergency Service Program is the local government's effort to help accelerate the handling of emergency events experienced by people in the City of Cilegon. Seeing the potential for regional disasters such as natural, non-natural and social disasters that can occur in Cilegon City, the urgency of the 112 Emergency Service program is high enough to be implemented effectively. Even though the urgency of the 112 Emergency Service program is high, there are still obstacles in its implementation. This study will explain how much the level of effectiveness of the 112 Emergency Service program in handling emergency events in the Cilegon City government environment uses the Budiani program effectiveness model analysis tool with a descriptive quantitative research method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the 112 Emergency Services program has been running effectively with an effectiveness rate of 80.08%. This value is obtained from the results of measuring the accuracy of the program target group's indicators that have reached the very effective category, the understanding of the program's target group has reached the very effective category, the achievement of program objectives has reached the effective category, and program follow-up has reached the effective category.

| Additional Information: | Program Layanan Darurat 112 merupakan upaya pemerintah daerah dalam membantu percepatan penanggulangan kejadian gawat darurat yang dialami oleh masyarakat di wilayah Kota Cilegon. Melihat dari potensi kebencanaan wilayah seperti bencana alam, non-alam, dan sosial yang dapat terjadi di Kota Cilegon, maka urgensi program Layanan Darurat 112 cukup tinggi untuk dilaksanakan secara efektif. Meskipun urgensitas program Layanan Darurat 112 tinggi, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat hambatan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan seberapa besar tingkat Efektivitas Program Layanan Darurat 112 Dalam Penanggulangan Kejadian Gawat Darurat Di Wilayah Kota Cilegon menggunakan alat analisa model efektivitas program Budiani dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program Layanan Darurat 112 sudah berjalan efektif dengan tingkat efektivitas sebesar 80.08%. Nilai tersebut diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran indikator ketepatan kelompok sasaran program telah mencapai kategori sangat efektif, pemahaman kelompok target program telah mencapai kategori sangat efektif, ketercapaian tujuan program telah mencapai kategori efektif, dan tindaklanjut program telah mencapai kategori efektif. | |||||||||
