Abstract
The production schedule is the process of allocating available resources to carry out a set of tasks within a certain period. IKM Permata is one company that produces hotel slippers with the job shop flow type. The company experienced delays in fulfilling requests due to limited resources. Based on these problems, this study aimed to minimize production completion time (makespan). The proposed scheduling uses the non-delay and active schedule method. The non-delay schedule is a dynamic scheduling method that does not allow the machine to become idle when an operation has started. In contrast, the activity schedule is a method that schedules machines to operate so that all operations can be arranged and the queues do not occur on a particular machine. From the calculation results, the existing scheduling is obtained with the first come first served rule which produces a makespan value of 12.303,5 minutes or 26 days, while scheduling using the proposed non-delay schedule method produces a makespan value of 11.295,57 minutes or 24 days and scheduling with the active schedule method produces a makespan value of 11.664,47 minutes or 25 days. The non-delay schedule algorithm makes the minimum makespan appropriate for companies to implement.

| Additional Information: | Penjadwalan produksi merupakan proses pengalokasian sumber daya yang tersedia untuk menjalankan sekumpulan tugas dalam jangka waktu tertentu. IKM Permata merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi sandal hotel dengan tipe aliran job shop. Perusahaan mengalami keterlambatan dalam pemenuhan permintaan akibat sumber daya yang terbatas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimasi waktu penyelesaian produksi (makespan). Usulan penjadwalan menggunakan metode non-delay dan active schedule. Non-delay schedule merupakan metode penjadwalan aktif yang tidak membiarkan mesin menjadi idle bila suatu operasi telah dimulai. Sedangkan, active schedule merupakan metode yang menjadwalkan mesin-mesin dapat beroperasi sedemikian rupa, sehingga seluruh operasi-operasi dapat diatur agar tidak terjadi antrian pada suatu mesin tertentu. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh penjadwalan eksisting dengan aturan first come first served menghasilkan nilai makespan sebesar 12.303,5 menit atau 26 hari, sedangkan penjadwalan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode usulan non-delay schedule menghasilkan nilai makespan sebesar 11.295,57 menit atau 24 hari dan penjadwalan dengan metode active schedule menghasilkan nilai makespan sebesar 11.664,47 menit atau 25 hari. Algoritma non-delay schedule menghasilkan makespan yang paling minimum sehingga tepat untuk diterapkan oleh perusahaan. | |||||||||
