Abstract
MUTI’IN / 5551160174 / Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / "The Effect of Inventory Control and Raw Material Quality on the Smoothness of the Production Process (case study at UMKM Sesegeritu)” / Under the guidance of Dr. Moh Mukhsin, SE., M.M and Diqbal Satyanegara, SE.,M.Si. This study aims to determine the "Effect of Inventory Control and Raw Material Quality on the Smoothness of the Production Process (case study at UMKM Sesegeritu)”. In this study, there are three variables, namely Inventory control (X1), Raw Material Quality (X2) and Smooth Production Process (Y). This research is purely all the data obtained from the company UMKM Sesegeritu. To get accurate results in this study using interviews and direct field observations. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive, with data processing using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Inventory control has a positive and significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. (2) The quality of raw materials has a positive and significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. (3) Inventory control and quality of raw materials have a positive and significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Pengendalian Persediaan Dan Kualitas Bahan Baku Terhadap Kelancaran Proses Produksi (Studi Kasus Pada Ukm Sesegeritu)”. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel, yaitu pengendalian Persediaan (X1), Kualitas Bahan Baku (X2) dan Kelancaran Proses Produksi (Y). Penelitian ini murni seluruh data nya didapatkan dari UKM sesegeritu. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi langsung dilapangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan olah data menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pengendalian persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. (2) Kualitas bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. (3) Pengendalian persediaan dan kualitas bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelancaran proses produksi.
