Abstract
ABSTRACT MOTOR VEHICLE TAX PAYMENT MECHANISM AT SAMSAT OFFICE SERANG CITY By : Siti Amylia Dewi The mechanism is a series of work of a tool to solve a problem related to the work of a tool to solve a problem with a work process to reduce process failures and this work series also includes the title of the final project, namely the payment mechanism. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out: Mechanism of Motor Vehicle Tax Payments at the Samsat Office in the city of Serang. What are the obstacles that occur when paying motor vehicle taxes at the Serang City Samsat Office. Taken from the results of interviews and reports or documents related to the Taxpayer Payment Mechanism in the Office of the One-Stop Single Administration System (SAMSAT) in Serang City and this method is a descriptive method. The data used is primary data obtained by questionnaire. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this Final Project Report, it shows that the motor vehicle tax payment mechanism is quite good and implemented in this Serang Samsat office. However, there are still deficiencies provided by the Samsat in the payment process such as fee determination, the convenience of paying at the time of service and the lack of counseling from the Samsat to taxpayers regarding fast online payments where the Taxpayer Service Mechanism is in service at the Serang City Samsat Office. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Mekanisme Pembayaran Pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kantor Samsat kota serang. Kendala apa saja yang terjadi pada saat pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kantor Samsat Kota serang ini. Diambil dari hasil wawancara dan laporan atau dokumen yang terkait dengan Mekansime pembayaran wajib pajak di kantor sistem administrasi manunggal satu atap(SAMSAT) kota serang dan metode ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menunjukkan Mekanisme pembayaran Pajak kendaraan bermotor sudah cukup baik dan diterapkan di kantor Samsat serang ini. Namun masih terdapat kekurangan yang diberikan pihak Samsat dalam proses pembayaran seperti ketetapan biaya,kenyamanan tempat pembayaran pada saat pelayanan dan kurangnya penyuluhan dari pihak samsat ke wajib pajak tentan via online pembayaran yang cepat dimana Mekanisme Pelayanan Wajib Pajak dalam pelayanan di Kantor Samsat Kota Serang.
