Abstract

Science and technology at this time has a very important role. The development of the era can be seen from the development of education, therefore there is a need for teachers who can master 4C skills who can play an active role in the generation of globalization. This study used qualitative research, using triangulation techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects are teachers, principals, and students. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the process of strengthening 4C skills in fifth grade students using the discovery learning model which was then connected to the theory of experts. The results of the study show that in the process of planning, implementing and evaluating learning it is appropriate to use the discovery learning learning model in strengthening 4C skills. Additional Information: Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada masa ini memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Berkembangnya zaman dapat dilihat dari perkembangan pendidikannya, maka dari itu diperlukannya guru yang dapat menguasai keterampilan 4C yang dapat berperan secara aktif dalam generasi globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan triangulasi teknik berupa wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Subjeknya yakni guru, kepala sekolah, dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses penguatan keterampilan 4C pada peserta didik kelas V dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning yang kemudian dihubungkan pada teori para ahli. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dalam penguatan keterampilan 4C. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan 4C, Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP).
