Abstract
ABSTRACT STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES ACCOUNTING FOR PAYMENT OF SALARY AT THE FINANCE OF THE ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT OF BANTEN PROVINCE By: Awaliyah Rahmawati Putri This research was conducted at the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources of Banten Province (EMR Department). The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how the procedure for paying employee salaries in the finance department of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Banten Province is. A procedure is a sequence of clerical activities, usually involving several people in an organization, designed to ensure uniform handling of repetitive corporate transactions. Salary is a remuneration or award given regularly to an employee or employee for services and work results in accordance with established regulations. The Banten Province Energy and Mineral Resources Office (ESDM Office) was established based on Regional Regulation (PERDA) Number 08 of 2016 concerning the Establishment and Composition of Banten Province Regional Apparatuses. Prosedur adalah urutan kegiatan klerikal yang biasanya melibatkan beberapa orang dalam sebuah organisasi, dibuat untuk menjamin penanganan secara seragam transaksi perusahaan yang terjadi berulang-ulang. Gaji adalah suatu bentuk balas jasa ataupun penghargaan yang diberikan secara teratur kepada seorang karyawan atau pegawai atas jasa dan hasil kerjanya sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan.
