Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai prosedur penanganan kredit bermasalah pada PT. Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Pandeglang pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kredit bermasalah pada PT. Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskripsi. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah teknik studi pustaka dan studi lapangan berupa dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredit bermasalah pada Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Pandeglang disebabkan karena aspek perekonomian dan usaha para debitur. Prosedur yang dilakukan oleh Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Pandeglang dalam menangani kredit masalah diantaranya penagihan intensif, restrukturisasi dengan 3R (Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring), pemberian peringatan (SP), pemberian kebijakan kepada debitur yang meninggal, serta eksekusi (lelang). Additional Information: | This study aims to find out more about the procedures for handling non-performing loans at PT. Bank BJB Pandeglang Branch Office during the Covid-19 Pandemic and knowing what factors caused problem loans at PT. Bank BJB Pandeglang Branch Office. The research method used in this study is to use the descriptive method. While the data collection techniques that the authors use are literature study techniques and field studies in the form of documentation and interviews. The research results show that problem loans at Bank BJB Pandeglang Branch Office are caused by the economic and business aspects of the debtors. Procedures carried out by Bank BJB Pandeglang Branch Office in handling credit problems include intensive billing, restructuring with 3R (Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring), giving warnings (SP), giving policies to debtors who died, and execution (auction).
