Abstract

The causes of congestion on road tolls is the existence of a current of arrival and departure currents at certain times , the current arrival greater than that due to the departure by the level of service that low and the number of server that less at toll gate that resulted in a queue at the occurrence of toll gate This research aims to understand long queue, time service the level of the arrival of vehicles and growth of vehicle 5 years.This research using a queue FIFO discipline and data collection method related agencies management of the freeway data needed is secondary data result as data highways the road map freeway and daily traffic on the highway. From the results of the analysis and the toll gate serang timur still able to accommodate the number of vehicles, it can be seen from the discipline queue FIFO using the service of 10 seconds and the results of the survey found the 8,61 seconds, based on the time service information service showed that the less than the Standar Pelayanan Minimum are 11 seconds and obtained from a number of newcomers were at a tollgate east are 303 vehicles per hour every station, the number is less than the Standar Pelayanan Minimum are 450 vehicles per hour every station Keyword : Toll Gate, Queue, Performance, Service

INTISARI Gerbang tol serang timur sangat berperan terhadap kelancaran arus lalu lintas, terutama dikota Serang sebagai salah satu solusi pemecahan kemacetan yang terjadi. Penyebab kemacetan pada jalan tol adalah adanya arus kedatangan dan arus keberangkatan pada jam tertentu, arus kedatangan lebih besar dari keberangkatan yang dikarenakan oleh tingkat pelayanan yang rendah dan jumlah server yang terbatas dipintu tol sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya antrian pada pintu tol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui panjang antrian, waktu pelayanan, tingkat kedatangan kendaraan, dan pertumbuhan kendaraan 5 tahun kedepan. Penelitian ini menggunakan disiplin antrian FIFO dan metode pengumpulan data-data terkait dari instansi pengelola jalan tol, data – data yang dibutuhkan merupakan data sekunder seperti data lalu lintas jalan tol, peta jalan tol, dan lalu lintas harian pada jalan tol. Dari hasil analisa kinerja dan pelayanan gerbang tol serang timur masih mampu menampung jumlah kendaraan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perhitungan disiplin antrian FIFO yang menggunakan waktu pelayanan 10 detik dan dari hasil survey didapat waktu pelayanan 8,61 detik, dari hasil waktu pelayanan yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa waktu pelayanan dibawah dari nilai Standar Pelayanan Minimum yaitu 11 detik dan dari perhitungan didapat jumlah kedatangan pada gerbang tol serang timur adalah 303 kendaraan/jam disetiap gardu, jumlah ini dibawah dari nilai Standar Pelayanan Minimum yaitu 450 kendaraan/jam disetiap gardu.
