Abstract
Bank bjb KCP Ciruas Serang City provides a Guna Bhakti (KGB) Credit facility to facilitate the borrowing process, where the return system comes from the debtor's salary so as to give trust to the lender (Bank) to the customer (Debtor) because of the guarantee provided by the borrower. The Guna Bhakti Credit Facility (KGB) is only given to customers/prospective debtors with fixed income such as Civil Servants (PNS) where the guarantee provided is in the form of a decree. Every customer who applies for credit is required to activate the bjb-DIGI application to facilitate transaction services. Bjb-DIGI is a mobile application owned by Bank bjb that can be used to perform various kinds of electronic and digital banking transaction services. This research is a field research conducted with data collection methods with interview techniques. The problem studied in this study is how to apply the bjb-DIGI digital service for Credit Guna Bhakti (KGB) at PT Bank bjb KCP Ciruas Serang City, Batnen. The results of this study indicate that digital services and credit for devotional service really help the community with the convenience provided by the bank.

| Additional Information: | Bank bjb KCP Ciruas Kota Serang memberikan fasilitas Kredit Guna Bhakti (KGB) untuk mempermudah proses pinjam meminjam, dimana system pengembaliannya berasal dari gaji debitur sehingga memberikan kepercayaan kepada pihak pemberi pinjaman (Bank) kepada nasabah (Debitur) karena jaminan yang diberikan oleh pihak peminjam. Fasilitas Kredit Guna Bhakti (KGB) hanya diberikan kepada nasabah/calon debitur yang berpenghasilan tetap seperti Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dimana jaminan yang diberikan berupa SK. Bagi setiap Nasabah yang mengajukan permohonan Kredit diwajibkan untuk mengaktivasi Aplikasi bjb-DIGI untuk mempermudah layanan transaksi. Bjb-DIGI merupakan aplikasi ponsel milik Bank bjb yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan berbagai macam layanan transaksi perbankan elektronik dan digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana penerapan layanan digital bjb-DIGI untuk Kredit Guna Bhakti (KGB) di PT Bank bjb KCP Ciruas Kota Serang, Banten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa layanan digital dan kredit guna bhakti sangat membantu masyarakat dengan kemudahaan yang diberikan oleh pihak bank. | |||||||||
