Abstract
ABSTRACT "Optimizing Productive Zakat in Improving The Welfare of Mustahik Through Dompet Dhuafa Banten" is the title of a thesis from Renaldi (5554180018) Student of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Sharia Economics (Sharia Business Concentration) under the guidance of Dr. Syihabudin, M.SI as supervisor I and M. Ainun Najib, Lc., MA as supervisor II. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of Dompet Dhuafa Banten in optimizing zakat collection and knowing how to optimize zakat carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Banten in improving the welfare of the poor. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The selected population and sample is the officers of Dompet Dhuafa Banten. In collecting data using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the analysis technique using analytical techniques according to Milles and Huberman, namely the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research that the zakat collection strategy carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Banten is digital fundraising, retail fundraising, and partnership. The process of optimizing productive zakat in improving the welfare of the people of Dompet Dhuafa Banten is implemented through three programs such as MSME capital. cultivation of oyster mushrooms, and the livestock center of the Dompet Dhuafa Farm. Optimization of productive zakat of Dompet Dhuafa Banten through the MSME capital program, mushroom cultivation and the Dompet Dhuafa farm livestock center is able to improve the welfare of the poor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Dompet Dhuafa Banten dalam mengoptimalkan penghimpunan zakat dan mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi zakat yang dilakukan oleh Dompet Dhuafa Banten dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang dipilih adalah petugas Dompet Dhuafa Banten. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis menurut Milles dan Huberman, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, redusi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa strategi penghimpunan zakat yang dilakukan oleh Dompet Dhuafa Banten adalah dengan digital fundraising, retail fundraising, dan partnership. Adapun proses optimalisasi zakat produktif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat Dompet Dhuafa Banten menerapkannya melalui tiga program seperti permodalan UMKM. budidaya jamur tiram, dan sentra ternak Dompet Dhuafa Farm. Optimalisasi zakat produktif Dompet Dhuafa Banten melalui program permodalan UMKM, budidaya jamur jiram dan sentra ternak dompet dhuafa farm mampu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin.
