Abstract
This study gimed to determine the effect of mixing the concentration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) with AB mix nutrients on the growth and results of different varieties of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). The research was conducted on house yard using a floating raft hydroponic system. The study was conducted using a Split Plot Randomized Block Design with the parameters observed including the plant heights, the number of leaves, the plant wet weights, the plant dry weights, and the plant volume. This research was carried out from September to October 2021 at house yard, in Ciwaru, Serang, Banten Province, Indonesia. The results showed that the treatment dose of LOF 25% + AB mix 75% (P3) was giving the best result on plant height and the number of leaves. On the other hand, LOF 35% + AB mix 65% (P4) was giving the best result for the plant wet weight, the plant dry weight, and the plant volume parameter. The results from the treatment on different varieties of lettuce showed that there was a significant effect on plant height from 1 to 6 weeks after planting, the number of leaves at 5 and 6 weeks after planting, the plant wet weight, the plant dry weight, and the plant volume. The interactions of the mix and the plant varieties only occurred at the plant height 1 week old after planting.

| Additional Information: | Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) ialah tanaman sayuran yang berumur pendek. Tanaman selada mampu beradaptasi pada dataran rendah sampai pada dataran tinggi. Selada dapat ditanam tanpa menggunakan tanah, yaitu dengan menggunakan sistem hidroponik. Hidroponik adalah salah satu cara bercocok tanam tanpa menggunakan media tanah melainkan dapat menggunakan air atau bahan porous lainnya seperti kerikil, pecahan genteng, arang sekam, pasir, dan batu bata sebagai media nutrisi yang akan diserap tanaman untuk pertumbuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pencampuran konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dengan nutrisi AB mix pada pertumbuhan dan hasil varietas selada (Lactuca sativa L.) yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem hidroponik rakit apung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan Split Plot Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah, bobot kering, dan volume tanaman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2021 di lahan pribadi, Ciwaru, Serang, Banten. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa perlakuan dosis POC 25% + AB mix 75% (P3) merupakan hasil terbaik pada tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun dan POC 35% + AB mix 65% (P4) merupakan hasil terbaik parameter bobot basah, bobot kering, dan volume tanaman. Kemudian pada perlakuan varietas yang berbeda terdapat pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dari umur 1 hingga 6 MST, Jumlah daun umur 5 dan 6 MST, bobot basah, bobot kering, dan volume tanaman. Interaksi hanya terjadi pada tinggi tanaman di umur 1 MST. | |||||||||
