Abstract

This research and development aims to develop and find out the feasibility of the higher order thinking skill (HOTS) based science learning evaluation instrument product with a Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach on human circulatory material class V. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method which is only carried out in 6 stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and product trials. The development of this question resulted in a question instrument of 40 questions with details of 15 complex multiple-choice and multiple-choice questions, 15 true-false questions, and 10 description questions. The results of this study show that the question instrument is worth testing with a percentage of theoretical validity according to the evaluation expert 83.75% feasible, material experts 84.5% very feasible and linguists 76% with the category feasible. The results of the empirical validity of the entire question, 29 questions are included in the valid category, the difficulty level test is 36 questions including the easy question category, and the 24-question differential power test includes questions with sufficient categories. Meanwhile, reliability tests, multiple-choice question types and true-false question types are included in the reliabel category. The HOTS questions developed have met the category of quality HOTS question instruments, so they can be used to measure HOTS abilities in students. Additional Information: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan dari produk instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran IPA berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dengan pendekatan Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) pada materi peredaran darah manusia kelas V. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian research and development (R&D) yang hanya dilakukan sebanyak 6 tahap yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, dan uji coba produk. Pengembangan soal ini menghasilkan instrumen soal sebanyak 40 soal dengan rincian 15 soal pilihan ganda dan pilihan ganda kompleks, 15 soal benar-salah, dan 10 soal Uraian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan instrumen soal layak diuji cobakan dengan persentase validitas teoritis menurut ahli evaluasi 83,75 % layak, ahli materi 84,5 % sangat layak dan ahli bahasa 76 % dengan kategori layak. Hasil dari validitas empiris dari keseluruhan soal, 29 soal termasuk kategori valid, uji tingkat kesukaran 36 soal termasuk kategori soal mudah, dan uji daya beda 24 soal termasuk soal dengan kategori cukup. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas, tipe soal pilihan ganda dan tipe soal benar-salah masuk dalam kategori reliabel. Soal HOTS yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kategori instrumen soal HOTS yang berkualitas, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan HOTS pada peserta didik. Instrumen soal ini juga dapat menjadi contoh untuk guru dalam membuat soal HOTS. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, HOTS, TPACK, Peredaran darah manusia
