Abstract

ABSTRACT Ayu Yulistira N. NIM : 7776170020. The Influence of Gender Equality and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Knowledge Management as an Intervening Variable (in the Planning, Product and Control Division of PT. KRAKATAU STEEL TBK) Program Study Magister manajemen.Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. 2019. This study aims to analyze the influence of gender equality and emotional intelligence on employee performance with knowledge management as an intervening variable (in the Planning, Product and Control Division of PT. KRAKATAU STEEL TBK), The object of research employed is employees in the PPC division (Planning, Product and Control) ) PT. KRAKATAU STEEL TBK. The analysis tool used is the Partial Least Square Path Modeling (PLS) software used is Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that (1) Gender Equality has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on on Employee performance. (3) Gender Equality has a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Management. (4) Emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on Knowledge Management. (5) Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh kesetaraan gender dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan knowledge management sebagai variable intervening (Pada divisi Planning, Product And Control PT. KRAKATAU STEEL TBK), Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah karyawan di divisi PPC (Planning, Product And Control) PT. KRAKATAU STEEL TBK. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square Path Modeling (PLS) software yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Kesetaraan Gender berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Kecerdasan Emosional positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Kesetaraan Gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Management. (4) Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Management. (5) Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
