Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Total Quality Management, Sistem Penghargaan (Reward), Komitmen Organisasi dan Desentralisasi terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada beberapa Perusahaan Manufaktur di Provinsi Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer tingkat menengah yang bekerja pada perusahaan manufaktur di Provinsi Banten. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 60 responden dari 33 perusahaan manufaktur di Provinsi Banten. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner untuk mendapatkan informasi dari responden. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 20 mulai dari statistik deskriptif hingga pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Total Quality Management dan Desentralisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. Sedangkan Sistem Penghargaan (Reward) dan Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. The population in this study are middle-level managers who work in manufacturing companies in Banten Province. The sample in this study were 60 respondents from 33 manufacturing companies in Banten Province. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to obtain information from respondents. The data in this study were processed using SPSS version 20 software ranging from descriptive statistics to hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that Total Quality Management and Decentralization have a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance. While the Reward System and Organizational Commitment have no effect on Managerial Performance.
