Abstract

This study aims to develop multiliteracy-based digital teaching materials to train the reading comprehension skills of fourth grade elementary school students. The method used is the research and development method. The subjects of this study were 27 fourth grade students at SDN Banjar Agung 1. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, questionnaires and tests. Multiliteracy-based digital teaching materials are teaching materials designed to train reading comprehension skills. This teaching material contains reading materials, material, and practice questions which are packaged in digital form and look attractive according to the developmental characteristics of fourth grade elementary school students. The results of the study were (1) the average value of the expert team's validation was 89.185% in the "very decent" category (2) the average response value of students was 93.20% which was included in the "very good" category (3) the average comprehension test is 85.56 in the very good category. It can be concluded that multiliteracy-based digital teaching materials are feasible to use and can be used as teaching materials to train reading comprehension skills.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar digital berbasis multiliterasi untuk melatih keterampilan membaca pemahaman peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 27 peserta didik kelas IV SDN Banjar Agung 1. Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Bahan ajar digital berbasis multiliterasi merupakan bahan ajar yang didesain untuk melatih keterampilan membaca pemahaman. Bahan ajar ini memuat bahan bacaan, materi, dan latihan soal yang dikemas dalam bentuk digital dan tampilan menarik sesuai perkembangan karakteristik peserta didik kelas IV SD. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) didapatkan nilai rata-rata validasi tim ahli sebesar 89,185% dengan kategori “sangat layak” (2) nilai rata-rata respons peserta didik sebesar 93,20% yang termasuk pada kategori “sangat baik” (3) nilai rata-rata tes pemahaman sebesar 85,56 dengan kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar digital berbasis multiliterasi berbasis multiliterasi layak digunakan dan dapat dijadikan bahan ajar untuk melatih keterampilan membaca pemahaman.
