Abstract

Banks are important financial institutions in the economy of a country. The Bank regulates the payment system and implements government policies in the financial sector. Rural Banks (BPRs) themselves are mentioned that carry out conventional business activities which in their activities do not provide services in payment traffic. The purpose of this final project is to find out how the procedure for granting credit to customers of PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO), procedures for disbursing credit to customers of PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO)) and to determine the quality of credit management at PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO) seen from the ratio of Non-performing Loans (NPL) in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The research method used in this research is descriptive which is carried out without an objective object, and aims to describe the object. The type of data in this study uses primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the procedure for granting credit includes credit applications, creditworthiness tests, and credit approvals. The disbursement procedure can be carried out through a process that has been approved by the bank and customer through a credit agreement and credit agreement and then the disbursement of funds is carried out. The quality of credit management seen from Non-performing Loans (NPL) in 2019, 2020 and 2021 shows a decline every year but is above 5% of the regulatory limit set by Bank Indonesia number 15/2/2013 with it being known that the quality of the NPL ratio of PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO) “Unhealthy”. The existing non-performing loans are sourced from consumptive loans, therefore in order to optimally choose customers to prevent non-performing loans every year.

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) sendiri disebutkan bahwa melaksanakan kegiatan usaha secara konvensional yang dalam kegiatannya tidak memberikan jasa dalam lalu lintas pembayaran. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pemberian kredit kepada nasabah PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO), prosedur pencairan kredit kepada nasabah PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO) dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pengelolaan kredit pada PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO) dilihat dari rasio Non performing Loan (NPL) pada tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitin ini adalah deskriftif yang dilakukan menggambarkan objek yang diteliti secara objektif, dan bertujuan menggambarkan fakta. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur pemberian kredit meliputi atas permohonan kredit, uji kelayakan kredit, dan persetujuan kredit. Prosedur pencairan dapat dilakukan melalui proses yang telah disetujui oleh bank dan nasabah melalui akad kredit dan perjanjian kredit lalu dilakukannya pancairan dana. Kualitas pengelolaan kredit dilihat dri Non performing Loan (NPL) pada tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021 menunjukan penurunan pada setiap tahun nya tetapi berada diatas 5% dari batas peraturan yang ditetapkan Bank Indonesia nomor 15/2/2013 dengan itu diketahui bahwa kualitas rasio NPL PT. BPR (Perseroda) Kabupaten Serang Kantor Pusat Operasional (KPO) “Tidak sehat”. Kredit bermasalah yang ada bersumber dari kredit konsumtif, maka dari itu agar secara optimal dalam pemilihan nasabah untuk mencegah kredit bermasalah setiap tahunnya.
