Abstract

: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supply chain management on business performance, which is supported by competitive advantage, for small and medium enterprises selling clothing in Pandeglang Regency Banten Province. This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach, in which the respondents to this study amounted to 60 respondents, spread in each district taken from a total population of 158 traders based on the distribution identified through Google maps. The data analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of data processing show that: 1) supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on business performance, 2) supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, 3) competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business performance. The mediation test results competitive advantage as an intervening variable is able to mediate the influence relationship between supply chain management on business performance of small and medium enterprises in Pandeglang Regency Banten Province.
