Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of added value generated from processing catfish into catfish nuggets and the added value generated from processing catfish into catfish meatballs in the home industry business in Margasana Village and analyzing how much labor compensation is given from both catfish processed products that.The research method used in the survey method with the research location was determined intentionally in the Mergasana Village, Keramatwatu District.Respondent taking in this study with census method. Data collected from primary and secondary data using research instruments using questionnaires.The results showed that the value-added industry of processed catfish products was Catfish Nugget of Rp. 73,946.92 or 61.62% and Catfish Meatballs of Rp. 32,207.72 or 44.73%. The average profit one time the production process is obtained by Rp. 51,546.92 and Lele Meatballs Rp. 18,767.72. Labor benefits obtained in the study area amounted to Rp.22,400 / kg in the production of Catfish Nugget and Rp. 13,440 / kg for labor benefits in the production of Catfish Meatballs. Based on the results of the Hayami method calculation it can be concluded that the production of catfish nuggets has the greatest added value compared to the production of processed catfish meatballs.
