ABSTRACT Fidiah / 100 670 / Department of Management Faculty of Economics / University of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa / Influence of Incentives and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance in Front Office Department The Sultan Hotel Jakarta / Under the guidance of Dr. H. Wawan Prahiawan and H. Yusran Andi Atjo., MM. This study aims to determine the Effects of Incentives and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance in Front Office Department The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. This type of research is a quantitative study with literature and field techniques such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 74 respondents. Sampling technique using saturated samples. For the analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v17. From the analysis results obtained R = 0600 then there is a strong influence of incentives and intrinsic motivation on the performance of the employee's performance. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination = 35.9% means that the employee's performance can be affected by the provision of incentives and intrinsic motivation. While the rest influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing between providing incentives for employee performance obtained tcount> ttable 4,095> 1,673 then there is a significant effect. And from the calculation of multiple linear regression equation y = 8.738+ obtained 0.315X1 + 0.512X2. The hypothesis testing results obtained from the value of F count (19,924)> F-table (3.125764), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted or in other words a significant difference between the provision of incentives and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the Front Office of The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif dan Motivasi Intrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Departemen Front Office The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik kepustakaan dan lapangan seperti wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Dengan sampel 74 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Untuk analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan dibantu program SPSS v17. Dari hasil analisis didapat R=0.600 maka terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara pemberian insentif dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya koefisien determinasi=35.9% dapat diartikan bahwa kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh pemberian insentif dan motivasi intrinsik. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis antara pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan didapat nilai t hitung > t 4,095 > 1,673 maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Dan dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier berganda didapat persamaan Ŷ = 8.738+ 0.315X 1 + 0.512X 2 tabel . Adapun dari hasil pengujian hipotesis didapat nilai F- hitung (19.924) >F-tabel (3.125764), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian insentif dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Front Office The Sultan Hotel Jakarta.
