Abstract

Unemployment and poverty remain a major problems faced by Indonesia today and in the next few years. Ironically, the highest unemployment rate was actually created by a well-educated group. One of the alternative to solve the unemployment problem is to empower the society and well-educated group through entrepreneurship programs. The purpose of this research is to analyze the of attitudes, self efficacy, subjective norm, and employment background of parents on entrepreneurship intentions of the undergraduate students. The location of this research at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The samples used were 266 people. Research using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques and data was collected by questionnaire on google form. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it found that: 1) it simultaneously show attitudes, self efficacy, subjective norm, and employment background of parents have a positive effect on entrepreneurship intentions. 2) on partial calculation show attitudes, self efficacy, subjective norm have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship intentions and employment background of parents do not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. 3) (33.46%) of the respondents have the intention of entrepreneurship in agribusiness Keyword: Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Intention, Attitudes, Self Efficacy, Subjective Norm, and Employment Background of Parents, Agribusiness
