Abstract
Abstract Inquiry learning on critical thinking skills in building the learning process needed by students. Conducted this find out: 1. How is effect Inquiry learning Application student critical thinking skill Pancasila Citizenship Education Subjects, 2. There difference in the effect Appacation Inquiry Learning student critical thinking skill Pancasila Citizenship Education Subjects. In research using quantitative approach and using “Quasy Experimental” the method “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. This population student classes VIII SMP Negeri 10 Tangerang city with a total 348. Two classes were taken samples, namely VIII A experiment classes, VIII B control classes, each of which consisted of 34 student, with total sample of 68 between the two classes Sample. Collection technique used is the form description test. Results this research study show that the inquiry learning on student thinking skill Pancasila Citizenship Education learning there are differences in student critical thinking skill. The results pretest showed T_count > T_tabel 7.657 > 1.692 and the significance was >0.50, namely 0.000 experimental classes posttest results showed T_(count )value was 3.118 > T_(tabel )was 1.689 and the significance was 0.004 < 0.05 that concluded then there was significance effect 5.661< 5.365 there was difference significance critical thinking skill experiment control classes. Additional Information: | Pembelajaran inquiry terhadap keterampilan berfikir kritis dalam membangun proses pembelajaran dibutuhkan siswa. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui: 1. Bagaimana pengaruh penerapan model pelajaran inquiry mengenai keterampilan berfikir kritis terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, 2. Apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh penerapan model pelajaran inquiry mengenai keterampilan berfikir kritis mengenai mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Pada penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta memakai metode “Quasi Eksperimen” yang berdesign “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. Pada populasi penelitian ialah VIII SMP Negeri 10 Kota Tangerang dengan jumlah 348, sampel terdapat dua kelas yakni VIII A kelas eksperimen, VIII B kelas kontrol dalam satu kelas berjumlah 34 sampel, dengan jumlah total sampel antara kedua kelas yaitu 68 sampel. Teknik pengambilan data dipakai berupa soal uraian. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan suatu model pembelajaran inquiry pada keterampilan berfikir siswa terhadap pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan terdapat perbedaan dalam keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa. Hasil pretest menunjukkan T_hitung > T_tabel 7,657 > 1,692 dan Signifikannya <0,05 yaitu 0,000 kelas eksperimen dan hasil posttest menunjukkan nilai T_hitung yaitu 3,118 > T_tabel yakni 1,689 dan Signifikannya sebanyak 0,004 < 0,05 maka bahwa disimpulkan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan 5,661< 5,365 memiliki perbedaan signifikan terhadap keterampilan berfikir kritis kelas eksperimen dan kontrol.
