Abstract
This study discusses the Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance Satisfaction in the Banten Province Agricultural Service. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the leader is in giving direction to employees at the Banten Province Agricultural Service. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, literature study. Testing the validity of the data using the validity test, reliability test, normality test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of leadership on employee performance satisfaction at the Banten Provincial Agriculture Service was effective with a score of 73% of the proposed hypothesis. The significance value in this study indicates that tcount ≥ ttable, namely 48.655 ≥ 1.480 which falls on the acceptance of Ho so that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The relationship between leaders and subordinates The Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance Satisfaction at the Agriculture Office of Banten Province has been effective. Indicators of the relationship between leaders and subordinates are very constructive and establishing a good relationship is one of the important aspects of leadership. Successful leaders are leaders who are able to manage the organization and apply leadership styles effectively and efficiently.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Banten kepemimpinan merupakan gejala universal yang terdapat dalam kehidupan berorganisasi maka dalam hal ini, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai khususnya pada lingkup pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemimpin dalam memberikan arahan kepada pegawai di Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara,angket, studi dokumentasi, studi pustaka. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Banten telah efektif dengan capain angka 73% dari hipotesis yang diajukan. Nilai signifikansi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa t hitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 48,655 ≥ 1,480 yang jatuh pada penerimaan Ho sehingga Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Hubungan antara pimpinan dengan bawahan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Banten telah efektif. Indikator hubungan antara pimpinan dengan bawahan sangat membangun dan menjalin hubungan yang baik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kepemimpinan. Pemimpin yang berhasil adalah pemimpin yang mampu mengelola organisasi dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan secara efektif dan efisien. | |||||||||
