Abstract
The Rainbow Bridge Tour in Brangbang Village, Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District is the result of PT PLN's CSR program which built a colorful bridge in the middle of a mangrove forest. The purpose of building this tour is so that people are empowered and increase income for their daily needs. This research was conducted at the Pelangi Bridge tourist spot, the Lontar Village Office, and PT PLN UID Banten. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The theoretical analysis used is from UNICEF in Rahman Mulyawan (2016: 64-65) The dimensions of community empowerment include: Welfare, Access, Critical Awareness, Participation, Control. The results of the study show that the empowerment of the people of Lontar Village towards the Pelangi Bridge tour has not been maximized. Because the people who participate in managing this tourist spot are only the people of Brangbang Village. The reason is that there is fear that if there are people from outside Brangbang Village who become managers, there will be social jealousy. Obstacles that occur in community empowerment are: 1) Tourism development skills are still lacking and there is no special training 2) Community fear of social jealousy if there are managers from other villages resulting in a lack of participation from the people of Lontar Village, 3) There is no direct collaboration between private companies , community, and government, 4) Access roads to tourist sites are inadequate, especially after it rains. Suggestions that can be given by the author are: 1) There is a need for training on the development of Pelangi Bridge tourism to increase tourism management skills considering that there is a lot of potential that can be developed and expanded, 2) There is a need for a supervisory function from both the government, the private sector and the community, 3) There is a need for participation and greater public awareness and creativity to develop this tourism. Additional Information: | Wisata Jembatan Pelangi di Kampung Brangbang Desa Lontar Kecamatan Tirtayasa merupakan hasil program CSR PT PLN yang membangun sebuah jembatan warna -warni di tengah hutan mangrove. Tujuan dibangunnya wisata ini agar masyarakat berdaya dan menambah penghasilan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tempat wisata Jembatan Pelangi, Kantor Desa Lontar, dan PT PLN UID Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisa teori yang digunakan dari UNICEF dalam Rahman Mulyawan (2016: 64-65) Dimensi pemberdayaan masyarakat meliputi: Kesejahteraan, Akses, Kesadaran Kritis, Partisipasi, Kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Lontar terhadap wisata Jembatan Pelangi belum maksimal. Dikarenakan masyarakat yang berpartispasi dalam mengelola tempat wisata ini hanya masyarakat Kampung Brangbang. Alasannya, ada ketakututan apabila terdapat masyarakat dari luar Kampung Brangbang menjadi pengelola maka akan ada kecemburuan sosial. Kendala yang terjadi dalam pemberdayan masyarakat adalah: 1) Skill pengembangan wisata masih kurang dan belum ada pelatihan khusus 2) Ketakutan masyarakat akan kecemburuan sosial apabila terdapat pengelola dari kampung lain sehingga kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat Desa Lontar, 3) Tidak ada kerjasama secara langsung antara perusahaan swasta, masyarakat, dan pemerintah, 4) Akses jalan menuju lokasi wisata kurang memadai, terlebih jika setelah turun hujan. Saran yang dapat diberikan penulis yaitu: 1) Perlu adanya pelatihan pengembangan wisata Jembatan Pelangi untuk menambah skill pengelolaan pariwisata mengingat banyak potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dan diperluas, 2) Perlu adanya fungsi pengawasan baik dari pemerintah, swasta maupun masyarakat, 3) Perlu adanya partisipasi dan kesadaran masyarakat yang lebih besar dan kreatif untuk mengembangkan wisata ini.
