Abstract
The value of Togetherness and Religiosity as a pillar of subsistence life today is needed because of the emergence of social conflicts including the imbalances of social systems, poverty, conflict and social inequality. Salman Aristo expressed his anxiety about what really happened in the life of Jakarta people through the film, which is a touch of individualism, religious life and social inequality. The sentence highlighted the basic phenomenon of the life of the people of Jakarta before the maghrib. Film Jakarta Maghrib is one of the Indonesian film concept which consists of several segments of the title then packed in one main title. The plot of the story will also meet at one point of conclusion at the end of the film. This research uses Roland Barthes Semiotics as the basic reference to know the meaning contained in every scene and dialogue in the film. Roland Barthes's reflection on the two-stage significance became the focus of analysis in this study. So this study produces the meaning of denotation as the meaning resulting from the first stage of significance. The second stage of the significance of the connotations and myths contained in the Jakarta Maghrib Film. The result is juxtaposed with the reality construction of Berger and Luckmann in order to strengthen the social reality that occurs in society.

Salman Aristo mengungkapkan kegelisahannya terhadap apa yang sebenarnya terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat Jakarta melalui film, yang berupa sentilan terhadap kasus individualisme, kehidupan beragama dan kesenjangan sosial. Sentilan tersebut menyoroti fenomena dasar yaitu mengenai kehidupan masyarakat Jakarta menjelang maghrib. Film Jakarta Maghrib adalah salah satu film Indonesia yang berkonsep terdiri dari beberapa segmen judul kemudian dikemas dalam satu judul utama. Alur ceritanya juga akan bertemu disatu titik kesimpulan diakhir film. Penelitian ini menggunakan Semiotika Roland Barthes sebagai dasar acuan untuk mengetahui makna yang terkandung dalam setiap adegan dan dialog dalam film tersebut. Pemikirian Roland Barthes mengenai signifikasi dua tahap menjadi fokus analisis dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan makna denotasi sebagai makna yang dihasilkan dari signifikasi tahap pertama. Signifikasi tahap kedua menghasilkan makna konotasi serta mitos yang terkandung dalam Film Jakarta Maghrib. Adapun hasilnya disandingkan dengan konstruksi realitas Berger dan Luckman agar ada penguatan realitas sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat. | |||||||||
