Abstract

This study aims to explain the variables of halal certificates, accessibility, and facilities in influencing customer satisfaction. In this study, the method used to analyze is the quantitative method. The sample used was 120 respondents from Banten Province who met the sample criteria calculated using the ferdinand formula. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of halal certificates, accessibility, and facilities had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, accessibility and facility variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while halal certificate variables have no effect on customer satisfaction. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan variabel sertifikat halal, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden masyarakat Provinsi Banten yang memenuhi kriteria sampel yang dihitung menggunakan rumus ferdinand. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel sertifikat halal, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial, variabel aksesibilitas dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan variabel sertifikat halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
