Abstract

The development of the creative economy is increasing due to the acceleration of globalization. This requires humans to have creative and innovative ideas. Entrepreneurship is the best solution to improve the community's economy, and this cannot be separated from the role of education. One of them is by applying contextual learning. One of the contextual learning is chemo-entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship can be applied to colloid material practicum using KIT. Because through KIT students can get information about making a product from the results of the knowledge obtained in class. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluation). This study aims to develop a Colloid KIT by making aromatherapy candles as an introduction to chemo-entrepreneurship, to determine the feasibility of KIT and students' responses to the developed KIT. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Bandung with the research subject being class XI MIPA 1. The data collection technique used was validation sheets and student response sheets. Based on the feasibility test the KIT developed obtained a validity value for the content feasibility aspect of 0.86, the presentation aspect of 0.88, the linguistic aspect of 0.89, and the graphical aspect of 0.91, so it can be concluded that all aspects of the KIT assessment were declared valid. Based on the results of the limited test to 15 students by providing response questionnaires, an average percentage of all aspects of 95.1% was included in the category of excellent, so it can be concluded that Colloid KIT is feasible to be used as media in the learning process.

Additional Information: Perkembangan ekonomi kreatif semakin meningkat akibat adanya percepatan arus globalisasi. Hal tersebut menuntut manusia untuk memiliki ide kreatif dan inovatif. Wirausaha merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memperbaiki perekonomian masyarakat, dan hal tersebut tidak lepas dari peran pendidikan. Salah satu nya yaitu dengan cara menerapkan pembelajaran secara kontekstual. Salah satu pembelajaran kontekstual yaitu chemo-entrepreneurship. Chemo-entrepreneurship dapat diterapkan pada praktikum materi koloid dengan menggunakan KIT. Karena melalui KIT peserta didik bisa mendapatkan informasi mengenai pembuatan suatu produk dari hasil pengetahuan yang didapatkan di kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan KIT Koloid dengan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi sebagai pengenalan chemo-entrepreneurship, mengetahui kelayakan KIT, serta respon peserta didik terhadap KIT yang dikembangkan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Bandung dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kelas XI MIPA 1. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi dan lembar respon peserta didik. Berdasarkan uji kelayakan KIT yang dikembangkan memperoleh nilai validitas untuk aspek kelayakan isi sebesar 0,86, aspek penyajian 0,88, aspek kebahasaan 0,89, dan aspek kegrafikan 0,91, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh aspek penilaian KIT dinyatakan valid. Berdasarkan Hasil uji terbatas kepada 15 peserta didik dengan memberikan lembar angket respon memperoleh rata-rata persentase dari seluruh aspek sebesar 95,1% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa KIT Koloid layak untuk dijadikan media dalam proses pembelajaran.
