Abstract
This research based on the existence of problems which related to the effectiveness of management of Pipitan Tourism Village in Walantaka District, Serang City. To answer these problems, the researcher used the theory of Andi Mappi Sammeng (2001: 261) which consists of three dimensions, there are: development. Institutions, and regulation. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with the number of 100 respondents. Data processing research conducted by using SPSS Version 26 Program. The results of measuring the Effectiveness of the Management of Pipitan Tourism Village in Walantaka District, Serang City according to the responses of research respondents were in the "effective" category with a percentage value of the management effectiveness of Pipitan Tourism Village of 79%. The results of hypothesis test, it is known if the value of tcount > ttable that is 17,556 > 1.660 then the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that the effectiveness of the management of Pipitan Tourism Village is declared effective because it gets an assessment of more than 65%. Suggestions in this study include the need for collaboration between Pokdarwis Pipitan, the private sector and the government in managing Pipitan Tourism Village.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan terkait efektivitas pengelolaan Kampung Wisata Pipitan di Kecamatan Walantaka Kota Serang. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka digunakan teori pengelolaan pariwisata dari Andi Mappi Sammeng (2001: 261) yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu pengembangan, kelembagaan, dan pengaturan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 responden. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan program SPSS Versi 26. Hasil pengukuran Efektivitas Pengelolaan Kampung Wisata Pipitan di Kecamatan Walantaka Kota Serang menurut tanggapan responden penelitian berada pada kategori “efektif” dengan nilai persentase efektivitas pengelolaan Kampung Wisata Pipitan sebesar 79%. Hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui jika nilai dari thitung > ttabel yaitu 17,556 > 1,660 maka Hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak dan Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) diterima. Artinya efektivitas pengelolaan Kampung Wisata Pipitan dinyatakan efektif karena mendapatkan penilaian lebih dari 65%. Saran dalam penelitian ini diantaranya perlunya kerjasama antara Pokdarwis Pipitan dengan pihak swasta dan pemerintah dalam pengelolaan Kampung Wisata Pipitan. | |||||||||
