Abstract

Management of facilities and infrastructure is an important factor to support the success of the learning process. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of facilities and infrastructure management, supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in supporting the quality of learning in Insan Cita 1 Kindergarten, Pandeglang Regency, Banten. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The results of this study indicate that: 1) planning which includes a thorough needs analysis, situation and condition analysis, and deliberating work meetings conducted by the school principal and teachers; 2) implementation includes procurement, use and maintenance; 3) evaluation through work meeting results; 4) supporting factors in the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in supporting the quality of learning in Insan Cita 1 Kindergarten, namely by using teaching aids for teaching materials, both teaching aids in the classroom and outside the classroom by utilizing the existing environment. The inhibiting factor is limited funds, so it can be said that the management of facilities and infrastructure at Insan Cita 1 Kindergarten is good enough and a comfortable learning atmosphere can be created. Additional Information: Manajemen sarana dan prasarana merupakan faktor penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan proses berjalannya pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang mutu pembelajaran di TK Insan Cita 1 Kabupaten Pandeglang-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan menyeluruh, analisis situasi dan kondisi, dan memusyawarahkan rapat kerja yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan guru; 2) pelaksanaan meliputi pengadaan, penggunaan, dan pemeliharaan; 3) evaluasi melalui hasil rapat kerja; 4) faktor pendukung dalam implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang mutu pembelajaran di TK Insan Cita 1, yaitu dengan menggunakan alat peraga untuk bahan ajar, baik itu alat peraga yang ada di dalam kelas maupun diluar kelas dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan yang ada. Faktor penghambat yaitu terbatasnya dana, sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa manajemen sarana dan prasarana di TK Insan Cita 1 sudah cukup baik dan dapat terciptanya suasana belajar yang nyaman. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, sarana dan prasarana, pendidikan anak usia dini.
