Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Work Discipline (X 1), Job Training (X 2) and Human Relations (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Caputra Mitra Sejati. In this research , the method used is quantitative research. The population of this study was 155 permanent employees of PT Caputra Mitra Sejati with a total sample of 125 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling, namely random and simple sampling without paying attention to the levels (strata) contained in the population. The data collection method in this study is to use questionnaires and analyze data using Structural equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.2.9 Professional version software . The research results obtained are: First, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance. The t-statistical value was 3,888 > 1.97 with an influence of 0.404 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Second, Job Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistical value is 2,860 > 1.97 dwith a magnitude of 0 . 311 and P-value of 0.00 4 < 0.05. Third, Human Relations has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistical value was 2,130 > 1.97 with an influence magnitude of 0. 273 and P-value of 0.0 33 < 0.05.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X1), Pelatihan Kerja (X2) dan Human Relation (X3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada PT Caputra Mitra Sejati. Dalam Penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 155 karyawan tetap PT Caputra Mitra Sejati dengan jumlah sampel 125 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak serta sederhana tanpa memperhatikan tingkatan (strata) yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner serta menganalisis data menggunakan Structural equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.2.9 versi Profesional. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: Pertama, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai t-statistik sebesar 3.888 > 1.97 dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 0.404 dan Pvalue sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Kedua, Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai t-statistik sebesar 2.860 > 1.97 dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 0.311 dan P-value sebesar 0.004 < 0.05. Ketiga, Human Relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai t-statistik sebesar 2.130 > 1.97 dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 0.273 dan P-value sebesar 0.033 < 0.05.
