Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 is enormous, global and massive, because it does not only affect the level of public health in general, but also affects economic, social, psychological, cultural, political, governmental, educational, sports, religious and other activities. Because of that, the right government policy is needed to prevent and overcome Covid-19, both in written and unwritten form, therefore the government issued a covid-19 vaccination policy. However, in its implementation there were various findings regarding the negative views of the public towards implementing the Covid-19 vaccination policy, this made the Serang Regency area the smallest in terms of Covid-19 vaccination achievements in Banten Province. This research was conducted in Serang Regency with the aim of knowing the views of the people of Serang Regency on the 2021 Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. Serang Regency was chosen because it has the smallest percentage in Banten Province, namely 55.17% for the first dose of vaccine and 30.19% for second dose of vaccine from 70% target achievement for all regions in Indonesia. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study is the people of Serang Regency with a vulnerable age of 18 to 45 years, totaling 838,158 people. Sampling was carried out using a combination of two methods, namely proportional sampling and then followed by multistage random sampling. Data collection was carried out by collecting supporting data from village offices and distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, when the data processing was carried out, the authors tested the validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with the t-test formula, the result obtained is acceptance of the working hypothesis, which means that the perception of the people of Serang Regency about the 2021 Covid-19 Vaccination Program Policy is quite good. The results of the hypothesis test show that t count > t table, or equal to 16,044 > 1,65.

Additional Information:	Dampak Covid-19 sangat besar, bersifat global, dan massif, karena tidak hanya memengaruhi tingkat kesehatan masyarakat secara umum, namun juga memengaruhi aktivitas ekonomi, sosial, psikologis, budaya, politik, pemerintahan, pendidikan, olahraga, agama, dan lain-lain. Karena itu dibutuhkan kebijakan pemerintah yang tepat untuk mencegah dan mengatasi Covid-19 baik dalam bentuk tertulis maupun tidak tertulis, maka dari itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan vaksinasi covid-19. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat berbagai temuan mengenai pandangan negatif masyarakat untuk melaksanakan kebijakan vaksinasi Covid-19, hal tersebut menjadikan daerah Kabupaten Serang menjadi yang terkecil capaian vaksinasi Covid-19 nya se-Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Serang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan masyarakat Kabupaten Serang terhadap Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Tahun 2021. Kabupaten Serang dipilih karena memiliki persentase paling kecil se-Provinsi Banten yakni 55,17% pada vaksin dosis pertama dan 30,19% pada vaksin dosis kedua dari 70% capaian yang ditargetkan bagi semua daerah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kabupaten Serang dengan rentan umur 18 tahun s/d 45 tahun yang berjumlah 838.158 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode kombinasi dari dua metode yakni proportional sampling lalu dilanjutkan dengan multistage random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data pendukung dari kantor- kantor desa serta penyebaran angket. Sementara saat pengolahan data dilakukan, penulis melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan rumus uji-t, hasil yang diperoleh adalah penerimaan penerimaan hipotesis kerja yang artinya bahwa persepsi masyarakat Kabupaten Serang pada Kebijakan Program Vaksinasi Covid-19 Tahun 2021 cukup baik. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa t hitung > t tabel yakni 16,044 > 1,65.
