Abstract

The Karian Dam project is one of a total of 48 national strategic dam construction projects in Indonesia which have experienced delays. Based on addendum 6, the Karian Dam Project is targeted for completion in March 2021. However, the Karian Dam Project experienced delays in several works. This study discusses the factors of delay, the impact of delay risks, and the identification of work items that cause delays in the Karian Dam Project. The research method used in this study is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained is then analyzed using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to find the source of risk that is the cause of the delay. The subsequent analysis uses the Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to assess the risks that have been identified in the FTA method for risk mapping. The results showed that in the FTA method, there are 47 sources of risk of delay. Calculation of the probability index found that activity A9-1, namely planning and implementation has the highest probability index value of 4. The FMEA method obtained the highest value of the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN), namely R-42 (change in planning) with an RPN value of 64, and on mapping risk using the risk matrix obtained as many as 9 risks are at high risk (high risk).

Additional Information: Proyek Bendungan Karian merupakan salah satu dari total 48 proyek strategis nasional pembangunan bendungan di Indonesia yang mengalami keterlambatan. Berdasarkan addendum 6 Proyek Bendungan Karian ditargetkan selesai pada maret 2021. Namun Proyek Bendungan Karian mengalami keterlambatan pada beberapa pekerjaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor – faktor keterlambatan, dampak risiko keterlambatan dan identifikasi item pekerjaan yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan pada Proyek Bendungan Karian.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan Metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk mencari sumber risiko yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan. Analisis selanjutnya menggunakan Metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk menilai risiko yang telah diidentifikasi pada metode FTA untuk dilakukan pemetaan risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada metode FTA terdapat 47 sumber risiko keterlambatan. Perhitungan probability index didapatkan bahwa aktivitas A9-1, yaitu perencanaan dan pelaksanaan memiliki nilai probability index tertinggi sebesar 4. Metode FMEA didapatkan nilai tertinggi Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi yaitu R-42 (perubahan perencanaan) dengan nilai RPN sebesar 64 dan pada pemetaan risiko menggunakan matriks risiko didapatkan sebanyak 9 risiko berada pada risiko tinggi (high risk).
