Abstract
Isti mukhairiyah, The Effect Of Cadet Education On Student Discipline In SMK Negeri 5 Kabupaten Tangerang This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of cadet education on student discipline at SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang, Implementation of cadet education in schools, as well as violations after students have attended cadet education conducted at SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang, With the existence of cadet education it is hoped that it can provide benefits for the development of knowledge in the education sector, especially regarding the enforcement of student discipline. the type of research conducted by the author is quantitative research research, The population in this research are students of SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang, while the sampling technique using the Slovin formula. In this research, the researcher will take a random sample from an experimental class that has implemented cadet education, namely grade eleven (XI) and grade twelve (XII) while grade ten (X) is the control class because they have not attended cadet education. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 points and the data was processed and analyzed using statistical techniques using the SPSS version 26 application. After the test results obtained Sig. 0.000 <0.05 and t count value 142,294 > t table 0.67700, it can be decided that there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent. The magnitude of the effect of the experimental variable 0.952 x 100 = 95.2% is influenced by the X variable, and the comparison variable or calculation control class is 0.562 x 100 = 56.2%. This proves that there is a significant influence between cadet education on student discipline at SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang.

Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis ialah penelitian kuantitatif, Adapun populasi dalam peneltian ini adalah siswa SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan mengambil sampel secara acak dengan kelas eksperimen yang sudah menerapkan pendidikan ketarunaan,yaitu kelas sebelas (XI) dan kelas duabelas (XII) sedangkan kelas sepuluh (X) merupakan kelas kontrol karena belum mengikuti pendidikan ketarunaan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert 5 point dan data di olah dan di analisis dengan teknik statistik menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS versi 26.Setelah hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 142.294 > t tabel 0.67700 maka dapat di putuskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel independen terhadap dependen. Besarnya pengaruh dari variabel ekperimen 0.952 x 100 = 95,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel X, dan variabel pembanding atau kelas control perhitungan 0.562 x 100 = 56,2%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan ketarunaan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tanagerang. | |||||||||
