Abstract

ABSTRACT Campus E of UNTIRTA which is located in sindangsari with an area of <10 hectares, where previously was an open field which was use as a rainwater catchment area changed its function become an Educational Building, which will affect the rate of soil infiltration, so when it rains there will be puddles. Thus, a drainage channel is needed to drain runoff water to prevent waterlogging. This research was conducted to determine the amount of discharge flood planned for 2-year return period through EPA SWMM 5.1 modeling on drainage channels at Campus E of UNTIRTA. The analysis used in this study is to obtain a planned flood discharge using the rational method, hourly rainfall distribution using the ABM (Alternating Block Method) and channel capacity analysis by using software EPA SWMM 5.1. The result of flood discharge through EPA SWMM 5.1 modeling on segment 1 is 0,3m3/s, segment 2 is 0,24 m3/s, segment 3 is 0,08 m3/s, segment 4 is 0,05 m3/s, segment 5 is 0,28 m3/s, segment 6 is 0,20 m3/s, segment 7 is 0,30 m3/s. based on the simulation results of EPA SWMM 5.1 software for all drainage, it was found that none of the channels exceed the channel capacity. So, it can be said that all drainage channels on Campus E of UNTIRTA are able to accommodate rainwater during the 2 year return period. Additional Information: INTISARI Kampus E UNTIRTA berada di Sindangsari dengan luas lahan <10 hektar, dimana sebelumnya lahan yang semula terbuka hijau yang berguna sebagai lahan resapan air hujan beralih fungsi menjadi Gedung Pendidikan, yang nantinya akan berdampak pada laju infiltrasi tanah, sehingga ketika terjadi hujan akan terjadi genangan air. Dibutuhkan saluran drainase untuk mengalirkan air limpasan agar tidak terjadi genangan air. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya debit banjir rencana kala ulang 2 tahun melalui pemodelan EPA SWMM 5.1 pada saluran drainase di Kampus E UNTIRTA. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan debit banjir rencana menggunakan metode rasional, distribusi hujan jam-jaman dengan menggunakan metode ABM (Alternating Block Method) dan analisis kapasitas saluran dengan menggunakan software EPA SWMM 5.1. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian didapatkan debit banjir melalui pemodelan EPA SWMM 5.1 yaitu pada segmen 1 sebesar 0,3 m3/s, segmen 2 sebesar 0,24 m3/s, segmen 3 sebesar 0,08 m3/s, segmen 4 sebesar 0,05 m3/s, segmen 5 sebesar 0,28 m3/s, segmen 6 sebesar 0,20 m3/s, segmen 7 sebesar 0,30 m3/s. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi software EPA SWMM 5.1 pada seluruh drainase didapatkan bahwa seluruh saluran tidak ada yang melebihi kapasitas salurannya. Sehingga dapat dikatakan seluruh saluran drainase pada Kampus E UNTIRTA mampu menampung air hujan pada kala ulang 2 tahun. Kata kunci: EPA SWMM 5.1, Kapasitas Saluran, Debit Banjir, Kala Ulang
