Abstract
Febry Oktavia Saragih (2221180019), 2022 "Implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program in Improving Community Welfare in Cimuncang Village, Serang City", Department of Non-Formal Education. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Supervisor I Prof. Dr. H. Syadeli Hanafi, M.Pd, Advisor Ii Drs. H. Hidayatullah Haila, M.M This study aims to find out (1) how to implement the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in improving the welfare of the people of Cimuncang Village, Serang District, Serang City. (2) what are the results of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in improving the welfare of the people of Cimuncang Village, Serang District, Serang City. (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in improving the welfare of the people of Cimuncang Village, Serang District, Serang City. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. (1) It can be said that the implementation of the BLT program to improve the welfare of the people in Cimuncang village has been running effectively. In terms of program planning, objectives and schedule of activities, organizing, implementation within a period of 3-4 months, Cooperation in its implementation, supervision is carried out through monitoring and reporting. (2) The results of the implementation of the BLT Program in Cimuncang Village to improve people's welfare have not been achieved. Where as a whole the community has not experienced a change in life in terms of the income of BLT participants not increasing, consumption and expenses that are not in accordance with income, makeshift living conditions and facilities, declining health, ease of health services can run because of assistance from the government. Only the ease of entering education and ease of transportation are going well. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in this case. The supporting factors that exist are related/coordinating parties. The inhibiting factors in its implementation were program participants and data collection on program participants. Keywords: Implementation, Community Welfare, BLT

Hidayatullah Haila, M.M Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) bagaimana Implementasi program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Cimuncang Kecamatan Serang Kota Serang. (2) bagaimana hasil dari program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Cimuncang Kecamatan Serang Kota Serang. (3) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Cimuncang Kecamatan Serang Kota Serang. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif. (1) Implementasi program BLT untuk meningkatkan kesejahteran masyarakat di desa Cimuncang dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan efektif. Dari segi perencanaan program, tujuan dan jadwal kegiatan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan kurun waktu 3-4 bulan sekali, Kerjasama dalam pelaksanaannya, pengawasan dilakukan melalui monitoring dan pelaporan. (2) Hasil implementasi Program BLT yang dilakukan di Desa Cimuncang untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat belum tercapai. Dimana secara keseluruhan masyarakat tidak mengalami perubahan hidup dari segi pendapatan peserta BLT tidak meningkat, konsumsi dan pengeluaran yang tidak sesuai dengan pendapatan, keadaan dan fasilitas tempat tinggal yang seadanya, kesehatan yang menurun, kemudahan pelayanan kesehatan bisa berjalan karena adanya bantuan dari pemerintah. Hanya kemudahan masuk pendidikan dan kemudahan transportasi saja yang berjalan dengan baik. (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam hal ini. faktor pendukung yang terdapat yakni pihak yang terkait/koordinasi.
