Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of strategic planning on the use of management control systems with online hotel reviews as a moderating variable. This research is a type of quantitative research, the data used using primary data and data collection using questionnaires to obtain information from respondents, namely managers and staff who work at hotel companies in Sukabumi Regency. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modeling with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study are 1) The effect of strategic planning on the use of management control systems, a) strategic planning has a positive effect on the use of the diagnostic control system, b) strategic planning has a positive effect on the use of interactive control systems, 2) The effect of online hotel reviews moderated the relationship between strategic planning and the use of management control systems, a) online hotel reviews moderated the negative relationship between strategic planning and the use of diagnostic control systems, b) ) online hotel reviews moderated the negative relationship between strategic planning and the use of interactive.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan strategis terhadap penggunaan manajemen control system dengan online hotel reviews sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden yaitu para manajer dan staff yang bekerja pada perusahaan perhotelan yang berada di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modelling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Pengaruh perencanaan strategi terhadap penggunaan manajemen control system, a) perencanaan strategis berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan diagnostic control system, b) perencanaan strategis berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan interaktif control system, 2) Pengaruh online hotel reviews memoderasi hubungan antara perencanaan strategis terhadap penggunaan manajemen control system, a) online hotel reviews memoderasi negatif hubungan antara perencanaan strategis terhadap penggunaan diagnostic control system, b) ) online hotel reviews memoderasi negatif hubungan antara perencanaan strategis terhadap penggunaan interaktif control system.
